1. Payment is required at the time of booking and upon receipt of your invoice in order to confirm and hold your rental reservation and date. 2. You will be invoiced for any mission or damaged yard card signs. ($20 per item). 3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to lean or play on or around the yard card display. Our items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display. WE DO ENCOURAGE you to take as many photos as possible! 4. We do ask, that you take pride in your yard card, and treat it with respect. Please DO NOT TOUCH or MOVE the items at any time. If you need the display removed early, please contact us to arrange early pick up. 5. Please do not throw yard card items in the garage, or vandalize our signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items are OUR PROPERTY and business. It is best to notify the recipient to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it. 6. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, strings trimmers will cause major damage. (A $25 cleaning fee will be charged for grass or debris on signs from mowers or trimmers.) 7. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our signs may become damaged. 8. Please DO NOT spray or pour any substance on the yard signs (silly string, bubbles, etc.) 9. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. Watering the lawn the night before is encouraged to soften the ground. 10. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull signs from the ground or lean on the display. 11. Bling Bling Yard Cards are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person, or personal property during the set-up, display period, or removal of any rental.
Refund Policy
1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date. 2. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to set up the lawn display, then full refund will be issued. Inclement weather includes, lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. Inclement weather may also force us to pick up the display early to avoid damage or injury. No refund will be issued for early pick up. 3. In the event that the ground on your property is too hard and prevents us from installing the yard card display, we will notify you immediately and issue a refund. 4. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address. 5. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. 6. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the display. 7. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up. 8. No refunds will be given for circumstances out of our control that prevent us from setting up the display.
